Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal San Cosme
• 1oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 1 oz Aperol 
• 1 oz lemon juice 
• 1 dash of mezcal and hibiscus tincture

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
2. Pour mixture in a glass filled with ice
3. Garnish with the tincture for color and some hibiscus flowers 

Ingredients

• 2 oz Mezcal San Cosme
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• Tajín (chili-lime) seasoning powder 

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients in a cup or mixing glass and mix with a spoon.
2. Pour into a glass and add some Tajín.

You can also decorate with a piece of pineapple.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Mezcal San Cosme
• 1.5 oz  Vermouth rosso
• ¼ oz Fernet branca
• Orange peel

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Cool at 12 revolutions with a ballerina spoon to achieve a silky texture.
3. Pour into a martini glass.

This drink uses big ice cubes.

• 2 oz Mezcal San Cosme
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• 1 oz coconut water
• ¾ oz natural syrup
• 3 oz milk
• 2 coffee filters

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously
2. Pour mixture in a mixing glass and add the milk
3. Filter the mixture using the coffee filter and pour into a glass

• 2 oz blue corn horchata
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• Agave worm salt

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
2. Pour mixture in a glass filled and rim the glass with the agave worm salt

• 1 orange slice
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
• ¼ teaspoon of an activated charcoal stick
• Quinine water

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients to a glass filled with ice, mix with a spoon and add the rosemary.
2. This cocktail uses plenty of ice

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal San Cosme
• 3⁄4 oz triple sec
• 3⁄4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1⁄6 oz agave syrup 1/2 dash of Salt

Preparation

1. Moisten the outer rim of your old fashioned glass with a lime
2. Put salt in a plate and turn the glass in it so that a (salt) rim is formed
3. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
4. Strain the margarita into a glass filled with ice
5. Decorate it with a slice of lemon

3. Decorate with a grapefruit slice and some thyme

1. Fill all ingredients in shaker and shake firmly
2. Pour it in an old fashioned glass filled with ice and top it with soda water
3. Decorate the drink with a dehydrated slice of lemon
